The School of Human Behaviour (TSHB) is an independent learning, research and community initiative dedicated to understanding human behaviour and applying psychological knowledge to real-life challenges.
We work to make psychology more accessible through research, education, awareness programmes and collaborations with schools, colleges, NGOs and professionals. Our mission is to help individuals, educators and communities better understand behaviour, strengthen mental wellbeing and support positive social change.
At TSHB, we believe that understanding human behaviour is the foundation of better education, healthier relationships and a more compassionate society.
Our one-year programme is designed to help students understand psychology and human behaviour through interactive seminars, workshops, practical activities and real-life case discussions.
Students receive guidance, mentoring and learning support throughout the programme to strengthen their knowledge, confidence and practical understanding of psychology.
Participants will have opportunities to engage in projects, awareness campaigns, research activities and community initiatives, helping them apply psychology in real-world settings.
Students who successfully complete the programme will receive a TSHB Certificate of Completion recognising their learning and participation.
Outstanding participants may be invited to contribute to TSHB's future projects, research initiatives, workshops or community programmes based on their skills, performance and available opportunities. These opportunities may include paid roles where applicable.
Our mission is not only to teach psychology but to prepare students with the knowledge, practical skills and experience needed to build meaningful careers while creating a positive impact on society.
